Scenic flooded and electric failure

Hello everyone, I had a problem with my Scenic II. The drains got clogged and it flooded. This caused a wiring harness under the driver's seat (the one that powers the rear windows) to become corroded and several wires to come loose. My question is, does anyone know or have a diagram of how these wires are connected? The harness is gray and has about 50 connectors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
