Mitsubishi L200

Hello, I downloaded the workshop manual (65 MB) and I can't extract it because it says the file is corrupted. I received it as a zip or rar compressed file, is that correct?
I don't want to download it again because I've already done so three times.
This message on the download page says:
"You have downloaded this file 2 times in the last 24 hours; the limit is 0."
When it says the limit is 0, does that mean I can't download it?
Is the file just corrupted due to a download error, or is there another problem?
I've been registered since 2008, I don't download manuals very often, but I don't think I've ever had this problem before.

Does anyone have any ideas?

It was a temporary server problem, it should already work without problems.
