Seat Toledo 1.9 TD Class 1993

On Thursday 10/7/2014. I took my Toledo to an unknown ITV for me, for being cheaper. Among other things that I had to endure; A shoe from a young man, with the engine not very hot; The acceleration so abrupt that he gave, made him give the engine a roar, as I had never heard, with the consequent scare.
Since then the engine reaches a high temperature. Before the temperature needle stayed at 1/3 now in 1/2. Please tell me something. Thank you so much.
