Air conditioner of the 1999 Lincoln Navigator

Hello, I have a 1999 Lincoln Navigator, to which the air conditioning is not working, since it only throws me hot air. Before it worked very well, but since I was changed to me the small radiator that carries for the air and the warm no longer worked. Someone can give me an idea. since it is very expensive to take it to the workshop.
