Light Peugeot Partner box published by Manual-Mecanica

I have a friend who has a Peugeot Partner and a light was lit that is like a deposit and undulations inside as if it were liquid, the stop light was also lit, could anyone tell me to which this indicator corresponds to? When I buy the car did not give it the user manual. I think it has to do with the management lubricant but I'm not sure. THANK YOU.
