Manual-Mecanica Response on the Unglesta in Rings
You rebuilt the lubrication ducts that were effectively free to be able to lubricate and that the tolerances were correct and if they made a burnished to the cylinders before mounting in addition to the viscosity of the oil you have to check all that initially to be able to determine the failure

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Unglesta in Rings
Hello everyone, in addition to what the fellow rigor expresses, I would like to know if another part of the engine was affected, also the quality of the spare parts used and why did they disarmed the engine, if something rectified? Finally if the pistons were reused or not. Some time ago I saw a similar case, in the Motors rectifier by mistake, the Pistons to Revez set up. When the person who assembles it, the amount with the brands forward, as it should be, but the connecting rod was the reverse ... the engine was quickly damaged in the areas where it expresses that there was damage in this Nissan engine. greetings.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Unglesta in Rings
Hello, I regret about your engine.-

As is my first response to a problem I will lead with caution and giving way to the most experienced.-

I understand that the repair of your engine understood on that topic, qualified personnel for it.

Out of that, the obligatory supposition throws that by changing rings or piston hoops, these were placed in the Correta position (only in a position) and respected the light or separation between ends in each of them.

Apart from it, you describe that they are spent outside normal and for the very little kilometers that you mess, it suggests that the lubricating oil is contaminated, already due to impurities in the charged oil or by remains that have been detached from inside the veins or driving of the engine (already mentioned above)
but if we suppose that all of the above was correct, we continue to assume that the oil filter was the oil filter dirty, for which to roll the engine again all these impurities circulated circulating throughout the engine, trying this abnormal wear.-

Finally, detecting the problem or causal of this damage to the distance is how to shoot to heaven and hit a straw in Peking. Let's say pure luck of hitting.-

The advisable and therefore disbursement of more money, is to perform rigorous tests to verify the cause of such wear.

One of them is to inspect the used aciete and check if it has impurities, identify them and follow the way to their origin.

The other is to compare with the workshop or prophecy in charge of that repair, since I understand that all work must have some guarantee.-

Good luck and do not stop commenting on the result of this act.-
