BMW 330CI exchange box breakdown

First I would like to introduce myself. I am Pilar I work in a
Technical Assistance Workshop of Public, Agricultural and Tourism Machinery in Zaragoza.
I have a problem with my car a BMW 330ci A from 2001
when we go behind the car seems to skate.
I have put the computer and it doesn't fail to me.
I can only see that it puts fifth back.
Paint fault in gearbox but I would like to know if someone has encountered this problem once and can guide me to be able to repair the car
carries automatic gearbox ZF5HP19
