Manual-Mecanica response on the problem and noise problem
As a general rule, it can cause the bullibrated injectors, the injected pump itself and finally damte damage in the connecting rods
if you already carried to calibrate the injectors to which pressure they calibrated them that is very important and after all this check the tuning pump to 10 degrees before the top point

Manual-Mecanica response on the problem and noise problem
With permission and notice something poor:

are the fasteners correct?

It is known about cases that; With original pump, generic incentors were placed, but of spray less than the flow delivered by the pump.
Result: a fuel setback, which reacts against each promoter of the injection pump causing that characteristic noise.- ergo, the pump mechanism resent, spoiled.

Luck. and greetings
