It could be a bearing, water pump, alternator, or even the timing belt tensioner. Disconnect the accessory belt and see if the problem disappears. Let us know how it goes. Best regards. :)

It could also be a whistling sound caused by an air leak, for example, if the front grille has a crack, etc. But as Jal mentioned, it's usually a bearing issue. When it is a bearing, you can also hear it by revving the engine with the car stationary, on the timing belt side. Cheers!

I agree with the others, if it's the timing belt and pulleys, buy the original belt and pulleys, I'm telling you from my own experience .
