It could be a bearing, water pump, alternator, or even the timing belt tensioner. Disconnect the accessory belt and see if the problem disappears. Let us know how it goes. Best regards.

It could also be a whistling sound caused by an air leak, for example, if the front grille has a crack, etc. But as Jal mentioned, it's usually a bearing issue. When it is a bearing, you can also hear it by revving the engine with the car stationary, on the timing belt side. Cheers!
