Good morning, can anyone advise me about the rubber bulb on the Peugeot 205 used to bleed the diesel filter? It's all wrinkled and it's cutting off the fuel. I'm wondering, if I open it up to change the diesel filter, will the bulb return to its original shape and allow me to bleed the fuel, or do I need to buy a new one? Thank you.

Hi, take it apart and it'll probably work again. If not, blow into it where it's expelling air to inflate it. Try it in a bucket until it works. They don't usually break, but it happens sometimes. Another possibility is that the tank tube is clogged, or that the vent is blocked, but I doubt it. Cheers!
