Scanner elm327

I have problems connecting to the ECU of a Suzuki Jimny 2001 with the ELM327, the cell is connected to the scanner but not with the ECU, if someone can help me I thank you before hand

Hello Pisa, with the ELM 327, in a Suzuki 2001 system you will hardly be able to scan, the ELM function well approx 2005 up, obviously depending on the software you use. In Suzuki, although the Diagostic Connector is 16 PIN OBD2 standard, the communication protocol is older, depending on the model it took a lot to standardize to Can.
