Manual-mechanics response on the topic: Renault Laguna 98 dashboard not working
When you have problems with a dashboard, always check the fuses in the fuse box and relays. The relays should engage; if they don't, they are damaged or not receiving the signal from the ECU.

Manual-mechanics response on the topic: Renault Laguna 98 dashboard not working
Well, first of all, thank you for your replies! I should mention that I don't understand much about all this, but I took it to a shop that only repairs instrument clusters, and they told me I have to replace the entire cluster! According to them, it's because the microprocessor is damaged, and it's easier and cheaper to replace it with a used one. I've taken the cluster out and touched everything I could see, but it's still the same. I have no idea where the ground wires or the relays for the whole cluster and the control unit go. I'm still waiting for your help! SOS!
