My fiat vehicle type 1994 fails is drowned by manual-mecanica

Good afternoon I have a fiat one Type engine 1.6 year 94 and the minimum sometimes is drowned and it has it normal and sometimes in 5. Sometimes also boot explosions through the exhaust tube I do not know if it is bumping also thanks and I await an answer soon.

Thank you very much for the information but my car has no distributor and the ignition coil is new and a question how do you know the time or strap ??? And how do I know if you are damaged thanks I wait for your answer
