Hi everyone.
I've removed relay #15, which is for the Daytime Running Lights. It turns on the low beams, but the parking lights stay on. I'd like to control them manually, not automatically when I turn the ignition on, as they do now. Can anyone help me and tell me how to do this? Or send me the wiring diagram?
Thanks

Don't remove relays, go to the fuses and it will tell you which light is for position, low beam or whatever you want. From there you take wires and pass them through switches and you can set up your light show however you want.

Manual-mechanical response on the topic of Turning Off Parking Lights on a Ford Transit 06-.........
Hello, thank you very much for your reply, but perhaps I didn't explain myself well.
I own a motorhome, built on a Ford Transit chassis, manufactured in 2009 and registered in 2010. It's German and Turkish. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and went to Cologne, and brought it back with us. As you know, in northern countries, daytime running lights are practically mandatory. In the 2006-… Ford Transit, they solved the problem with relay number 15, which, as soon as the ignition is turned on, activates the dipped headlights. The parking lights also come on. The thing is, I'm tired of starting the car with an extra charge in the battery, so I removed the relay. Now the dipped headlights don't come on when I turn the ignition, but the parking lights do. What's going on? I don't know which relay controls them.
My question, as you can imagine, is whether anyone knows where the automatic parking lights are controlled, or if anyone could provide me with the wiring diagram.
Thanks in advance.
