Bluetooth in Opel Antara does not work

Hello, I have a problem with the hands free of my Opel Antara in 2007, it is the one that came from extra with the car.
It doesn't work, one day I was touching him and suddenly he stopped working and the phone symbol no longer appears but his box.
Please help me that if they will put a fine and I would not like to put an external hands having that in the car.
