Good evening, with respect to a 300m 3.5l v6

I have already unarmed the rags of the valves, buy the game of divers to replace them but I cannot remove the used divers I have searched and in the manuals I find it says that they are removed, until now I have not been able to remove them or pull them or pushing for the lubrication hole, does it have any insurance or needs any special tool ????
