Automotive Alarm Manual Eaglemaster Cl 1600

I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Fiesta, which has an Eaglemaster CL 1600 alarm installed. I need to reprogram it, but I can't find any information about how to do so.

I'm sharing the manual for the CL 2000 with you. A friend who works with these things told me it's the same, except the CL 1600 has two fewer terminals.
