Active AB signaling published by Manual-Mecanica
Good afternoon,

yesterday I changed my classic megane stumps and today when I turned on the vehicle I could see that the ABS and Serv signaling did not go out as they always do, I tried that the battery, but the continuous active signaling. If someone can tell me how to solve, I appreciate them.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Active ABS signaling
That pilot turns on because one of the captors does not work or is dirty, they are one at each wheel in the hose and very close to the omocinetic bearing.

Save them, clean the tip and throw away some solvent or gasoline to the phonic wheel.

You lift 1 floor wheel and furnaces with a fast hand, you must flash the light. So all wheels.
The one that does not blink this broken or that the breakdown is memorized in the switchboard and so that you do not connect a diagnostic machine by the OBD and you erase the fault does not turn off the light.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Active ABS signaling
Good morning,

thanks for answering, I followed your recommendation and I could see that a gear -shaped dirty wheel that goes near the wheel disc impression that it does not sound.

I mean, can I roll the vehicle without that wheel?

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Active ABS signaling
Hello, the dentated wheel works with the wheel position capturer (sensor) you have to change that toothed wheel. Check the sensor
and finally reset the memory of the ECU with an automotive scanner
and if you can roll your car at a moderate speed 50/60km/h
ah -getting that bolt that does not make contact with the brake disc places a shorter
lucky ...

As Gregorio Jose VE tells you, do not run and have it changed the phonic wheel that is damaged,
hopefully the failure lights will go out or in the worst case it is time to put a machine that erases the switchboard of the switchboard.
