H100 Furgon

I gave progress to the injecting bomb of the Hyundai H100 van and runs well, it does not smoke but sounds like a tractor and when I return the progress I humidly humor me about 3 minutes in cold but it sounds good , what can I do?, or what can it be the possible failure?
