Failure with the cold engine

Hello, the injection pump is rotating the engine is indirectly injection by precamara in cylinder head, the D-Dhy motor type has turbo and intercolder, the pump mark does not know which one is.
I can say referring to the pump that carries a cable with a kind of thermostat for cold progress, which by the way works well, because with the cold engine the cable is tense and when the engine runs the revolutions are almost at 1000 rpm and when the revolutions are heated down to 900 rpm
