Ford Mustang V6 engine pulls

Good I have the next problem sometimes the engine gives me pulls when I accelerate but not always, I do not fail the computer the car is a Ford Mustang V6 of 2006. I had a Nissan pick up before and something similar happened to me and it was the dead point sensor, in this case I do not know if this car has that type of sensor if someone can help me I would appreciate it.
