hot pulls fiat beber jtd

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my Fiat Doblo JTD. First, when it was cold, it emitted a lot of white smoke. We checked the injectors and all four were faulty. They were repaired, and now it doesn't emit white smoke and starts fine when cold, but as soon as you drive and it warms up, it starts to jerk, as if one of the injectors is misfiring. Thanks.
