Yes, as Sedbaspeed says probably that is that ... it's called inertia switch (blocks the benzine pump), and is in charge that when the vehicle suffers some shock or strong blow it is deactivated so that the pump stops working. (In case of accident to avoid fire).

How about .. a question how did you realize that there is no gasoline in the injection? If your engine is 4.3 TBI you can't see if you are inhabiting gasoline because it carries a spider injectors and they are internal if you are tanpoco you can see them .. what you can check are folded lines because GM does not have inertia switch only the Ford .. so well what you can do is for the tbi sprayale carbucleaner and if it turns on the fuse then the fuse
