As a general rule if you fail the position of the same side of the car and they are not the bulbs, the problem is a molten fuse. If you know how to look if you are well you look at it and if you do not limit the manual of the car that tells you what it is and you change it.

Cars can have more than one fuse box. Normally one in the engine and another inside, so he told you to consult the owner manual if you have it.
