Climatizer failure in Xsara Picasso 2.0 HDI published by Manual-Mecanica

Hello everyone, I ask for help because my picasso's air conditioner has stopped working at first, the fan does not start for low or high temperatures. I have looked if it could be a fuse that has been 40a and it seems that 3 is fine. Could anyone give me a clue that it can be and a possible solution?
