temperature meter Ford Ranger v6 needle

I have a Ford Ranger V6 3.0 year 95 and I wanted to know if they could help me with this problem; The temperature meter marks very little when the engine is hot, already changed the thermostat and the water temperature sensor and continues to mark just x in the first line and before it marked almost reaching the middle of the route, I disconnect the cable and if I make mass the meter goes to the bottom, I mean that the cable and the meter are fine

It is with electrventilator or viscous?
