A diesel tank makes manual -mecanica

I know that it has the covered breathtock but I need some solution because the only one that has occurred to me is to leave the semi -open tank cap (it is an NPR)

It is better that you uncover the vent, since if you leave the open pond plug you can contaminate the pond and cause other problems.
