Change air conditioning to KIA Spectra 08 published by Manual-Mecanica

I need help to change the air filter of a 2008 KIA Spectra, because I do not find screws to the glove compartment or drawer in front of the companion to remove it.
I will be grateful to illustrate how to do it. I am not a mechanic but I like to do the little things I can.
