Dodge 91 Automatic Transmission

From KE some seals changed to the automatic transmission to eliminate oil leaks, the changes happen very fast and the pick up does not develop the speed that should and apart it spends more fuel, before Ke will kitar the transmission the pick up the changes came very well they did not do that work and kedo did that work. As and in what part of the transmission the changes are calibrated, I would appreciate it to guide me how to do it or do. thank you
