I have a MINI van Plymout 1989 4 cylinders I do not turn on the key I have to put direct current to a metal box that is winged motor right to turn on, all the databases of the board and other fuses are in good condition and if there is current

Check if by chance it is the contact switch, a cylinder that is just below to the bombin where you put the key when starting. Make the bridge from those cables and if you start there you have the problem. Greetings!!

Quiet man, for that we are. You could also see if you carry any start. Not all models carry it, they do not in your specific case, but some carry a small relay before the starter engine. Greetings and thanks for your sympathy.
