Hyundai Accent Diesel Crs Diesel 1.5 year 2009

I'm currently repairing a 2009 Hyundai Accent 1.5 diesel, and the problem is that the vehicle jerks in second or third gear at 1500 to 2000 RPM. These jerks occur when I lightly press the accelerator pedal, and then they disappear once the engine reaches higher RPMs. I need your help, please.
