Problems with my VW Sedan 1993

Hello everyone I have a small problem with my 1993 VW Sedan; It turns out that being in the race when the car will jump in descending order the marches (from 3rd to 2a) sometimes instead of clutching the 2a the reverse entered replace the "onion" and a bus bushing in Jy now does not enter very well the first I hope you can help me with my problem for your attention thank you very much.
