Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Honda Civic 1.5 DXI
Thank you, yes, I calculate that the ECU would be the solution, although I still think that somewhere the ECU has to take out the information, the sensor that is in the box is not because I have already unplugged it and does not modify anything, the velocimetro stops working but when it reaches the aforementioned speed, it goes out the same, if I knew it Information did not reach the ECU, and it is not limited, but change the parameters would be if capable of a solution ... thanks x the contributions .. !!

The ECU receives that information from the revolution sensor, there are from different types and they are located in different places, do not this of what kind and where it is located in your vehicle, but if you cannot disconnect it because if you do your car, it will not leave that information to work more, the cutting of the onject does not occur by vehicle speed but by motor revolutions I do not see that you can improve it without repronting it without reprograming without reprograming. greetings

As much as you disconnect you will not get anything as much loading something the best you can do is go for a reprogramming and that the parameters of the ECUs have you but personally of that engine get performance becomes vastive difficult and expensive if you want to gain more performance you only have:
- spend money and earn some power
- change the base for some that have more potential as a B16 or B18 engine.
