Fuel pressure published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello I hope someone can help me.
I have a Chevrolet Lv D-Max 2.4 Simple cabin. I would like to know what is the fuel pressure "of the manufacturer" since I suspect that it is the pressure regulator that goes on the flute.
The pressures I get are the following.
with the engine in idle 45PSI.
accelerating 50 psi.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Fuel pressure
But what problem does the vehicle have no strength, do you suck?
So you say that pressure in bars must be like about 2 to 2.5 bar that would not be bad the pressure you must be more specific

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Fuel pressure
For Luv Dmax 3.5 of 6 cylinders in "V" (engine 6VE1) it must be between 3 to 3.5 bar (approx. 43 to 55 psi).
If you have a smaller pressure to this you must have speed variation (you can not at some point get the vehicle to increase the speed) and if it is greater you must have a strong smell in the exhaust gases (these chop in the eyes), this is ebido that there is more gasoline than the required and does not burn, it can also damage the catalyst.

I also ask the same as "Jonio07" reference that faces you

That pressure is not bad but check the MAF or the hose that makes empty can be covered and do not regulate but you have to specify what you want or what your vehicle has
