Air conditioning pressure on low and high published by manual-mecanica
The air conditioning of a 2008 Bora does not work, when the pressure of the low and high -brand line is checked the same pressure (over 100 pounds) when normal would be from 45 to 60 in the one with low and from 90 to 120 in the high one. When you get the gas and mark the pressure on 60 pounds, I start the compressor and cool for a moment then stop working. I took out all the gas and reloaded again but the pressure went to 100 pounds in low and high and the compressor does not work. In theory it must be the expansion valve (it is between the vaporizer and the moisturizing filter) that does not work for your help, since the valve costs $ 900 and I would not like to make an useless expense

In your place the first would load the gas in the circuit and once it is binds on compressor, I would try to bridge it with a direct positive to start and if the pressures are normal deskartas the expansion valve problem and you would go to look at the pressure sensors x if any fayara or the air conditioning interlunder itself.

Greetings ... German thanks for the tips, I tell you that the problem was already solved.
1. The air conditioning switch activates the compressor directly without any relay
2. gas recharge since although it marked the pressure in the right way, it is missing gas.
3. Check the pressure sensor that has three pins, on one edge, in the other voltage equal to the battery load and in medium to return the signal to indicate that it has enough pressure for the compressor to work and have the necessary lubrication.

Thank you
