Hyundai Matrix 1.5 Crdi 3 cylinder power published by Manual-Mecanica
Good afternoon, I have a problem with a car, the Matrix 3 cylinders. I have changed the distribution kit and I notice that it lacks power, it does not exceed the 100km/Hy step from 1 to 2 to 20 km/h pk but it is as if it drowned, from 3 to 4 to 40 km/h and the 60 km It is in place, try to disconnect the flow rate to see if I improved but it is still the same. I didn't even light the motor fault light and I should have made it light the check, to see if someone can help me that I run a lot of hurry, thanks in advance, Diego40.

Hello departure you should make a computed check because some faults do not yield code in that Bosch system. And the other thing that may be is that you have obstructed injections, obtrual catalytical comverter, caudalimetro or also oil chilter but the first thing is the computational check -up lucky

Are you 100% that the draft is well done? Are you completely sure that the crankshaft pulley has no game when the screw is loosen? In some cars, such as the K and F series of Renault that the crankshaft pulley is "crazy" and if you do not use the appropriate draft user it is easy to move a little when tensing the strap and you get out of the distribution. Enough not to touch valves but to vary the performance of your vehicle.

HJS The central screw in the matrix does not loosen, the pulley is seat type with its 4 screws and logically being so not loosen the central.
In the Renault engines in some series of the 1.5 dCi effectively the crankshaft pulley goes crazy and the point is moved, thanks partner.

As a first step I think you must lower the combstable tank to see if the strainer is not clogged, also verify the Turbo and EGR solenoids.
