You already changed your water pump, this engine has in common the fault that as the pump propela is plastic, it takes off from the axis, changed, in case the heating continues, then you will have to replace the head joint (butt)

Aca de Argentina's brother, your problem is in the water radiator
you can have it about 3 hours in motion without moving it and it will not heat you but a while on the road and it starts to do it is a classic fault in Volksvagen has a lot

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: My Jetta A4 is heated
The heating is caused by the covered radiator, the water pump and in many cases the thermostat sticks and does not allow the free circulation of the water or antifreeze according to the case or if the car has already carried heating, it may be that the head of the head is burned and therefore the excessive heating in some cases the head is torced to be tier Ah and before I forget the direction of the fan air, the air has to run in the direction towards your engine not to the radiator.
