I stop working the horn of a 1999 Ford Ka 1.3 published by Manual-Mecanica

Does anyone know where the Ford Ka 1999 1.3 is located and if it is difficult to replace it? and ventilation/heating sometimes all levels work (1,2,3,4) and sometimes only the highest level 4

If you need a horn to change it and a velocida selector for the fan that fails you get in conformation contact, I have an Ford Ka 1.3 of 1999.
