Excessive fuel consumption published by manual-mecanica
Greetings to all,

I have a problem with a Chevrolet Corsa Evolution, 1.4 Model 2003.

Excessive fuel consumption, (CO = 11 - HC = 2020 - O2 = 4.29)

by scanner does not take out any failure, I analyze sensor sensor, and all are inside its normal ranges, except oxygen oxygen and keep marking the same. What do you have.

I observe the injector by oscilloscope and passes from 2.5 milliseconds to 4.3 milliseconds in minimal accelerate it and the graph opens to more than 15 milliseconds, and the wash them in ultrasound, verify tightness and everything is fine.

Check fuel on the rail, all good regulator, probate masses and all ok.

Please if anyone knows what a way to continue to think.

I plan to ask for a computer review is how the last thing I have left.

Thank you

Try the temperature sensor, or the air flow sensor to be seen, check the parameters and see if they are high or change them and test, of power as it is, and you have checked the spark plugs.-

Good night, check temperature sensor that is located under the coil, MAP sensor, admission oxygen sensors These are the fuel sensors that send signal to the ECU

Thank you very much, for your comments

I have managed to solve it, although the oxygen sensor had a wave in the oscilloscope, it varied from 0 to 150 mv, which made a poor mixture, and a seemingly good sensor.

The high consumption changed and solved it
