The program to diagnose Citroen and Peugeot is "Lexia", but more than lower it, it is buying it, it goes with the diagnosis cable.
Lexia is the original Peugeot and Citroen machine for the diagnosis of their cars, it is not expensive is € 200 up down, see that it is the last update and forward. I am waiting for me to buy.
