Bosch gasoline pumps

Good colleagues, I am a technical advisor for Bosch Costa Rica I have had no number of problems with our gas pumps and I need information that they have had and as they have been solved, my problem especially is that the pump at a very high temperature (60º or 70º) submerged in the fuel deposit tends to lose pressure until reaching zero and logically the vehicle stops (it goes out), thanks for your help and comments

Hello friend, I had that problem only twice, I fail in a 2005 Ford Mondeo and in a 2004 Chevrolet Corsic Classic, then I never had problems with the Bosch bombs, which does not mean that these failures do not exist, perhaps some defective factory game generates those inconveniences, greetings.

Thank you very much for the information, let me tell what happens here the mechanics in Costa Rica are not very professional, so they are too confident, this has led us to replace a fuel pump do not take the appropriate measures of the case such as cleaning the tank, changing the prefilter (Pascon), changing filter, checking the pressure regulator, cleaning injectors and a number of things that are checked. Unfortunately when a mechanic replaces the pump and this does not give the proper pressure the first thing they do is return it to the supplier alleging that the bomb is bad and this has generated a bad atmosphere among them and we want to end with certain myths that many say about our bombs would appreciate all the possible comments that would be suited in this forum
