I need a manual for a 1994 Ford Ranger Splash. I have an electrical problem: the battery won't charge. The alternator was completely rebuilt, but the interior gauges like the tachometer, battery, and temperature gauge aren't working. I put in a charged battery and it starts, but then it discharges. The mechanic says it's the voltage regulator, but he can't find it.
