Thanks for the manual, I've already taken a look at it and it seems very comprehensive. The model I'm looking for is a 1999 Ranger, but most of the parts are similar.

Excellent guide! For those having problems, I was able to solve it by downloading about half the file and then pausing it. The next day I continued with the rest of the download.
If the download isn't working, it's because it was interrupted before finishing. In that case, follow the procedure mentioned above and you're good to go. Cheers!
