LS de Lexus range first launched into the market in 1989, and immediately acquired an excellent reputation among existing luxury vehicles due to their functionality and reliability. With more than 730,000 units sold worldwide during its 23 years and four generations (most of which still circulate in optimal conditions), the LS has grown and evolved over time.

Design of the new LS 600h
The dimensions of the new LS 600h are similar to those of the previous generation. It is available in two
bodies:
- Cut LS 600h Hybrid, Hybrid Drive and F Sport
- Largo LS600H Hybrid Plus.
The length grows 30 mm with respect to the current version (5,090 mm and 5,210 mm), and identical battle (2,970mm and
3,090 mm). The total height of the vehicle is maintained (1,480 mm), and in the F Sport version it is 10 mm lower
(1,470 mm). The trunk space remains in 420 liters.
The double -cutting grill inherits the brand image started with GS 450H and RX 450H. In this case the chrome form covers the full perimeter of the grill.
The new LS 600H has the lowest rack than the headlights, and the lower edge of the bumper is also positioned closer to the ground, providing a sensation of poise and under center of gravity.
The front grid plane has risen, giving more space to the hood, and the rear adopts trapezoidal shape.
Interior design

Lexus Hybrid Drive
The new LS 600H incorporates the most powerful hybrid engine in the world, with 445 hp. A hybrid system that combines a high -performance electric motor with a 5.0 -liter V8 engine. With this system, benefits of a 6.0 -liter V12 and the efficiency of fuel and low emissions of a 3.0 liters V6 are achieved.
With respect to the current generation, benefits are improved (acceleration 0-100 km/h in 6.1 compared to 6.3), and emissions and consumption are reduced by 10% (199 g CO2 compared to 218 Gy 8.6 liters compared to 9.3)
The level of emissions below 200 g of CO2 allow this new generation to be in a lower section of registration tax (9.75%).
Hybrid transmission provides permanent four -wheel drive, through an electric motor with a two -speed reduction system (for maximum acceleration at low speed, high performance at high speed). The Lexus Hybrid Drive system allows a linear acceleration, and benefits of a high -performance Berlina.

A. Intelligent air conditioning system: Lexus Climate concerns
the new Lexus Climate Concierge air conditioning system has been developed for the new LS 600h. In addition to the temperature control of the 4-zone air conditioning, it automatically controls the heating devices of the seats and the steering wheel. Precolision system
There are two types of pre -collection systems. The Precrash Standard (version F Sport) that incorporates the frontal millimeter radar, and the Advanced Precrash (Hybrid Drive and Hybrid Plus version), which also incorporates a camera for the recognition of pedestrians, and rear radar for subsequent scopes. The system offers the best driver assistance to avoid collisions, as well as helping you reduce injuries and damage when the impact is inevitable.
Designed specifically for emergency situations, the pre-collision system continues to analyze the distance data, relative speed, and direction of the vehicle, in order to evaluate the risk of collision. When the system detects a high probability of collision, the display shows a warning message, the brake system enters alert (increases the pressure of the hydraulic system to obtain a minimum response time) and

The Advanced Precrash system uses the stereo chamber to detect three -dimensional objects, such as pedestrians, avoiding collisions up to a speed of 40 km/h, the highest in the market (it depends on asphalt conditions, visibility, etc.).
In LS 600h, the Advanced PCS has a rear radar that detects the approach of a vehicle. When it is detected that a rear collision is likely, pre-collision smart headbands are placed in the optimal position to reduce cervical whiplash lesions.
