Audi Service has created a free service that will allow its customers to pay the ITV rate and carefree all procedures and efforts. The service includes a checking and previous analysis of the vehicle and the transfers to the ITV station, managing all the procedures. The customer will only have to deal with the fees and collect their vehicle at the official Audi dealership or service.
The new service includes a totally free pre -itv review. It will make an exhaustive check of the vehicle, in which the same control points that will be checked during the ITV technical review will be analyzed.
A review that begins with an external examination, including body, signage and lighting system. Subsequently, the safety elements (brakes, direction, front and rear axles, suspension, chassis and motor) will be checked.
In the event that an anomaly is detected in the Pre-ITV exam, this service also
offers a discount of 10 % in parts of replacement, if
any repair had to be carried out.
Once the Audi Service team has examined the vehicle and remedied the possible anomalies, it will be in charge of transferring it to the ITV station, where the procedures of the technical inspection will be completed. Audi will be in charge of managing all the procedures, even will arrange day and time to carry out the ITV review, without the client having to worry about anything.
Audi launches this campaign after the General Directorate of Traffic detected that 6.2 % of the vehicles that circulate on the Spanish roads had not passed the corresponding review, or had not remedied the defects detected in the inspection.
