Husqvarna adds two models: the new TR 650 Strada and the new TR 650 Terra, two extremely agile and dynamic chemindric motorcycles.

The new Tr 650 Husqvarna has an especially modern, light and sports look, both in the Terra version, scheduled for use in moderate injured land, and in the Strada version, conceived for use on paved roads.

Motor of an especially powerful cylinder

The TR 650 Strada and the TR 650 Terra use the G 650 gs engine of BMW Motorrad. This 652 CC monocylindrical engine cooled by water and provided with two heads in the head was subject to wide modifications, achieving considerably its performance considerably. Specifically, it has a power of 43 kW/58 hp at 7,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 60 Nm to 5,750 laps. For those who start in the world of motorcycles, they have just obtained their license and are less than 25 years old, a variant of lower power is offered as an optional factory equipment. This version has a power of 35 kW/48 hp at 7,250 rpm and its torque is 54 Nm to 5,750 rpm.

However, this monocylindrical engine has suffered numerous modifications to adapt it to its sports and dynamic use. To obtain a great impulse force, high revolutions and immediate responses, the gasoline electronic injection system was modified, camshafts were changed and compression was increased, in addition to other specific modifications. Despite these changes, this engine combined with a stainless steel escape system with two terminal tubes and provided with a 3 -way regulated catalyst, shines for its efficiency and respect for the environment.

The powerful monocylindrical engine of the Husqvarna Tr 650 Strada, combined with a five -speed gear and clutch gearbox, is suitable for driving on sinuous roads, while the propeller of the TR 650 Terra, with a higher torque curve, shines mainly when driving on the ground.

Robust chassis for roads and camper roads

The structure is based on a tubular frame with rear structure screwed, with the engine screwed on the lower structure. The front wheel guidance is in charge of an inverted telescopic fork of great torsion resistance, with 46 millimeter diameter tubes. A double swinging, also very resistant to torsional forces, is responsible for guiding the posterior wheel. This tilting is of profile pentagonal section. The system is attached by an articulated support to the central amount. In accordance with its use on paved roads, the Tr 650 Strada Husqvarna has aluminum cast iron tires, while the TR 650 Terra underlines its virtues of motorcycle offroad with cross -spoke tires, with the ring of the tire and the light alloy cube. The great maneuverability of the motorcycle and its faithful monitoring of the trajectory are combined with a high level of comfort and good offroad qualities, also thanks to the great route of the damping of 190 millimeters.

The TR 650 Strada with ABS

The dynamism of the two motorcycles demands a high performance brake system. The two models carry brakes of an album on both wheels, capable of stopping the motorcycle with reliability and safety. The new TR 650 Strada Husqvarna is equipped as standard with the ABS brake system. The new Tr 650 Husqvarna can carry the ABS system as a special factory accessory. If the use and driving mode of the motorcycle requires it, the ABS system can be disconnected.

• Light alloy wheels of 10 slender radios in the case of TR 650 Strada. Tires with crossed radios, typical on offroad motorcycles, with rings and light alloy cubes in Tr 650 Terra.

• Resistant and efficient brake system, monodiscus ahead and back, with disconnectable ABS (standard in TR 650 Strada, special equipment from factory for TR 650 Terra.

• Virile and dynamic appearance.

• Positioned deposit in accordance with optimization criteria of the center of gravity, in order to improve the maneuverability of motorcycles.
