Peugeot starts the year with five launches planned for 2013: the launch of the new RCZ in winter, the 208 GTI, 2008 and the electric partner in spring and the RCZ-R in December.
The first months of 2013 are accompanied by the launch of the new RCZ. The Peugeot Sports Coupé is now presented with a design in which its stylized and minimalist frontal and the high care of interior details stand out. With regard to motorizations, the offer is completed with the known 2.0 HDI FAP 160 hp and 1.6 THP of 155 and 200 hp.
2012 has been the year of Peugeot 208, after achieving both specialized press recognition and consumers. Its GTI version recovers the tradition initiated by 205 GTI, an iconic model that stands out for its design, equipment and sports behavior. The 208 GTI will see the light in spring.
Also for the second quarter of this year the commercialization of the 100% electric partner van is scheduled. This model is manufactured exclusively at the PSAot-Citröen Psa plant in Vigo, and stands out for the small environmental impact, modularity and load capacity.
The spring of 2013 will culminate with the launch of the new 2008, an urban crossover that was presented in the last Paris Motor Show in the form of a prototype and that has materialized in a record time.
During the Paris Hall, the RCZ-R was also presented in its concept version. This prototype has also been built in series and will be on the market in the last months of 2013. Equipped with a 1.6 260 hp THP engine, this model will be the most powerful of the Peugeot range.
