Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Intermittent Failure at Corsa 2003 Start
Hello, after many attempts to solve the problem, reviewing all the data that the friends who responded and seeing that the fault continued decided to take out the starting engine and change it for a new one, obviously the problem was solved to the root and the problem has not failed. But the bad starting engine presented a fault that is not common, I explain it.- A separation golilla that had mounted on the axis on the side of the coals or brushes, was spent causing the axis approach to the coal hold Without battery, well the change of the engine solves the problem.
Thanks for the data

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Intermittent Failure at Corsa 2003 Start
Hello look, the same thing happened to me with a Corsa 2003, this happened after a change of cylinder head packing, which we waved and therefore the engine was with more compression that is why the starter engine did not work well when it is at a normal temperature (in cold if), since the starter was a bosch and it was not 100% of operation this failed. I recommend when this fault is presented change the starter engine, because although you repair the starter engine you will not solve the fault, it is advisable to change the starting engine for a Valeo brand that has a gearbox that generates greater power. Hopefully this information serves you ...
