Intermittent Failure at Corsa 2003 Start published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, I have a 2003 Chevrolet Corsa, sometimes I do not start check the starting MTOR and change the bushings, I also check the solenoid, it was well we put together it and continued starting in normal way but after a few days it failed again, left it like this and came to push it and so it started, well then change the battery, check the sheet and remain the same.
I was reading something about it in the forum but the solution would be on the EPROM card, in my case I do not think that is that normally everything works well (the fault is presented of the sgte. Form, when turning the key when it must start, it behaves as if the load of the battery was very little, and it is not able to move the engine)
but the other day I went to make a process to the bank, I went to the bank; When I returned after 15 min. I fail, 2 attempts and I went for a walk, I turned around half an hour and started without problems.
It would be ideal for me that someone who had the same drama indicated how I solve it.
Thanks in advance.

You would have to look at the key of the key or in the length of the Bendix, it carries a certain curbatness so that the automatic bridge does, if this straight fails every two by three, if it is the contactor of the key, it is behind the starter lock on the board, it changes and goodbye problem, I pass with my goal, the repair is not expensive and if it is the length you You take with a pinsa and bend it so that it is at 45 degrees, in the automatic there is an axis with a plastic tip, the tongue and rearmas, without forgetting the spring of the axis, chau problem, but it is rare that you make the starter if it is new and the battery too.
LUCK

? It could be the upper dead point sensor in some car trees This failure is presented so clearly in this case does not start and randomly passes.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Intermittent Failure at Corsa 2003 Start
Hello. Check the battery terminals first of all .. if this one usually gives those symptoms and if not, check the ground connection of the vehicle (as long as the start is already reviewed)

greetings

Well, I can tell you, and I had that fault in several Corsa vehicles, and the problem that is presented to you is for the starting engine nothing more than that, if your car has a Bosch starting engine, change it for a fence that is with built -in gearbox. If you repair the Bosch starting engine you will look the same as you have. Well I wish you luck.
