RENAULT KANGOO F8Q 1.9 problem published by Manual-Mecanica
Good morning and greetings to all, I have a mildly with a Renault Kangoo Diesel F8q 1.9 What happens is that it is changed the cylinder head for problermas of overheating now that I want to start it does not turn on the time strap is original and by the time marks it is well verified the pump injects diesel but the car itself does not start the heater we also try them even the direct connecting and even the direct connect. I do not know if there will be any sensor that prevents the start or an electronic piece since I am not very expert in these engines it is not difficult to work them since the assembly did it with the specifications of the workshop book appreciated their help .. thanks and greetings ..

Manual-Mecanica Response on the problem on RENAULT KANGOO F8Q 1.9
Hi Mecmoch.
You say in your note that you have fuel in the injectors, that the time marks are at their point, the heater are working, I suppose you have enough turn speed for the initial start, with that data the engine should work, unless you have synchronized the injection in the admission time. You know that in four times of several cylinders there are synchronous pistons, that is, two pistons are at the same time in PMS, but one is at work and the other in admission, it is easy to make mistakes and synchronize the injection in the wrong time, check that and let's see what results.
LUCK
MIGUEL

Did you bleed the oil system? Try by throwing it with another car to see if it starts on the occasion you have to do that because the taquies do not load or there is much air in the oil system, the other thing that can happen is that the pump is open to Revez passes a lot in the French because they have two brands.

The crankshaft position sensor is probably giving you problem, it is very common in this model. Another thing is that you have synchronized the belt with the pinions but they did not synchronize the mark of the pump axis, since for that a spice tool is needed, send your address of E mail to send you the photos since I try to add them here but I could not

Grcias to all for his comments ... But the time strap comes with the brands for the synchronization of the motor and the dead point also got it in the crankshaft by a manual on YouTube we also pulled it with a pick up and started but it went out. ... or yes ... Thanks.
